| 摘 要： | 目的探讨门诊干预对老年高血压患者生活方式的影响。方法选择确诊的老年高血压患者65例,在门诊实施治疗性生活方式改变和药物干预。结果门诊干预1年后,患者在规律服药、对高血压相关知识的掌握、低盐饮食、血压监测等方面较干预前均有明显改善（P〈0.05）。结论对老年高血压患者采取积极的门诊干预措施,可以使患者改变不良的生活方式,有效控制血压,降低致残率和死亡率,减少并发症的发生,提高生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effects of clinical intervention to the lifestyle of elderly hypertension patients.Methods 65 patients were included in the study,therapeutic lifestyle changes and medication were offered.Results Medication adherence,knowledge of hypertension,low salt diet,monitoring of blood pressure were improved obviously.Conclusion Clinical intervention in elderly hypertension patientscan change the bad lifestyle,control blood pressure,and reduce the mutilation rate and death rate. |
