谷氨酰胺对合并营养不良COPD患者免疫功能的影响

摘    要:
目的探讨谷氨酰胺对伴有营养不良的慢性阻塞性肺部疾病(COPD)患者免疫功能的影响。方法对50例COPD患者随机分为2组:谷氨酰胺(Gln)组和对照组,将用药前后的营养和免疫功能指标进行分析比较。结果Gln组用药后免疫功能指标均明显好转,IgG、IgA、IgM、C3、CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8均较用药前明显升高,IL6、TNF较前明显下降。结论谷氨酰胺对COPD呼吸衰竭合并营养不良患者免疫功能有显著改善。

Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of glutamine on immune function in COPD patients with malnutrition. Methods 50 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups: Glutamine group and cuntrol group. The data of the protein metabolism, nutritional condition, immune function and eytokine with or without drugs were analyzed. Results In glutamine group, the protein metabolism, nutritional condition, immune function were improved, IgG, IgA, IgM, C3, CD3, CD4, CD4/CD8 are increase, and IL6, TNF significantly decreased, and the deference is very significant. Conclusion Glutamine can improves immune function in COPD patients significantly.
