黏膜溃疡散的药效学研究

摘    要:目的:观察复方低聚原花青素(OPC)的抗疲劳作用。方法:进行复方OPC粉对小鼠游泳时间以及对小鼠血清尿素、血乳酸、肝糖原的影响测定。结果:ig给予复方OPC,能明显延长小鼠游泳时间,降低小鼠血清尿素和血乳酸的量(P<0.01),而提高肝糖原的量(P<0.01)。结论:复方OPC能够调整体内代谢,快速恢复体力,是具有明显的抗疲劳作用的新型健康食品。

Abstract:Objective: To study the antifatigue effect of compound pracyanidolic oligomers (OPC). Methods: The effect of compound OPC on swimming time of mice was observed. The effects on the content of the urea, lactatic acid, and liver glycogen were studied, respectively. Results: Compound OPC could enhance the swimming durability of mice.The content of both urea and lactatic acid was decreased, but the content of liver glycogen was increased. Conclusion: Compound OPC has obvious antifatigue effects. The mechanisms maybe associates with increasing the activities of antioxidation enzymes and preventing lipid peroxidation in tissues.
