| 摘 要： | 人参是我国传统的名贵中草药材，人参皂苷是人参的主要有效成分。人参皂苷Rg3，Rh2具有抗疲劳、舒张血管、提高免疫力、抗肿瘤等药理作用。综述了人参皂苷Rg3，Rh2的药理作用及制备方法。

| Abstract: | Panax ginseng is one of traditional Chinese medicines. Ginsenosides are the main components of Panax ginseng especially ginsenoside Rg3 and ginsenoside Rh2 with anti-fatigue, anti-tumour and other pharmacological effects. This paper summarized the pharmacological effects and preparation methods of ginsenoside Rg3 and ginsenoside Rh2. |
