颌间弹性牵引在颌骨骨折治疗中的辅助作用

摘    要:目的:总结颌间弹性牵引在颌骨骨折治疗中的辅助作用。方法:对40例颌骨骨折病例采用开放复位坚强内固定治疗,术前、术中或术后辅以颌间弹性牵引;5例患者单纯采用颌间弹性牵引治疗。结果:40例开放手术复位病例伤口均一期愈合。全部45例患者均骨折复位愈合良好,咬合关系恢复正常。结论:颌骨骨折术前及术中颌间弹性牵引可以有效辅助骨折复位,保持正常咬合关系;术后短时间颌间弹性牵引对保持骨折复位愈合、咬合关系恢复有重要作用。

Abstract:Objective:To discuss the effect and necessity of intermaxillary elastic traction in treatment of jaw fracture.Method:In 40 cases of jaw fractures,open reduction and rigid interal fix would be applied for the surgical treatments,combined with the application of intermaxillary elastic traction before,during and after the surgery.And in other 5 cases of jaw fractures,the application of intermaxillary elastic traction would be applied without surgery.Result:Primary wound-healing was achieved in 40 cases of surgical patients,and the occlusion relationships of all cases were well reduced.Conclusion:The application of intermaxillary elastic traction before and during the surgical treatment of jaw fractures will effectively and supplementary reduce fracture and align the occlusion relationship.It will maintain the rigid internal fixation under normal occlusion relastionship.The maintenance of intermaxillary elastic traction for a short period after the surgery will play a significant role in the reduction,healing and stability of fracture as well as recovery of occlision relationship.It is a necessary treatment method.
