高压氧配合益气活血通络汤治疗急性脑梗死36例

摘    要:
目的观察高压氧配合益气活血通络汤治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将66例急性脑梗死患者随机分为2组,对照组30例予西医基础治疗,治疗组36例在对照组治疗的基础上配合益气活血通络汤口服及高压氧治疗。观察2组临床疗效、治疗前后神经功能缺损评分及内皮素-1(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率91.67%,对照组总有效率73.33%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后神经功能缺损评分、ET-1及NO均明显改善,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05),与对照组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论高压氧配合活血通络汤治疗急性脑梗死,可以改善血管内皮功能,显著提高临床疗效。

Abstract:
Objective To observe the effects of hyperbaric oxygen combined with Yiqihuoxuetongluo decoction on 36 patients of acute cerebral infarction.Methods 66 cases with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups with treatment group 36 cases and control group 30 cases.The control group was treated by regular medication.Besides regular medication the treatment group was treated by hyperbaric oxygen and Yiqihuoxuetongluo decoction.Observing the patients' neurological function defect scale and the change of ET-1 and NO before and after the treatment.Results Total effective rate was 91.67% in the treatment group and 73.33% in control group.There were significantly different between two groups(P<0.05).There were noticed effects on decreasing ET-1 and increasing NO in treatment group.Conclusion The treatment of hyperbaric oxygen combined with Yiqihuoxuetongluo decoction could improve blood vessel endothelium function and improve significantly the clinical effects on acute cerebral infarction
