| 摘 要： | 目的探讨骶裂孔穿刺选择性硬膜外前间隙造影对腰椎间盘突出症的诊断意义。方法对临床诊断为或疑为腰椎间盘突出症拟行介入治疗的患者2106例，经骶裂孔穿刺置管选择硬膜外前间隙造影进一步验证临床诊断。结果骶裂孔穿刺置管硬膜外前间隙造影成功者1862（88．4％）例，与所做CT、MRI诊断不相符者86（4．2％）例。结论经骶裂孔穿刺置管硬膜外前间隙造影是进一步明确诊断和行介入治疗的一种安全有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the significance of lumbar epidural anterior space angiogra- phy by sacral hiatus puncture in the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation. Methods Two thousand one hundred and six patients with lumbar disc herniation scheduled to further verify the clinical diagnosis were received lumbar epidural anterior space angiography through sacral hiatus puncture. Results The successful rate was 88.4% （1 862/2 106 cases） and the nonconcidence rate with CT or MRI diagnosis was 4.2% （86/2 106 cases）. Conclusion Lumbar epidural anterior space angiography by sacral hiatus puncture is a safe and effective method to further verify the diagnosis and apply inter- ventional treatment. |
