瘙痒症的中西医治疗进展

回顾分析目前治疗皮肤瘙痒症的最新疗法及中西医结合治疗瘙痒症的效果。本文根据近十年中、外文文献，介绍瘙痒症的发病机理及多种疗法。西医学治疗主要为抗组胺药、麻醉制剂、活化香草酸受体药物、甾体类药物、磷酸酯酶抑制剂、内源性大麻素、阿片受体拮抗剂、与神经阻断剂等，并介绍中医治疗与中西医结合疗法。

Recent advances of Western and traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pruritus

To retrospectively analysis the newest treatment of skin pruritus and the effect of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. According to the foreign and Chinese language literature nearly a decade, this paper introduces the pathogenesis of pruritus and a variety of therapies. Western medicine treatment mainly includes of antihistamines, narcotic preparations, activation of vanilloid receptor drugs, steroidal drugs phosphatase inhibitor, endogenous cannabinoids, opioid receptor antagonists, and nerve blocking agent, and so on. Traditional Chinese medicine therapy and combined with Western medicine therapy are also introduced.
