脉冲电场和磁场对小白鼠血细胞影响的比较研究

摘    要:随机将36只小白鼠分为3组,分别用脉冲电场和脉冲磁场辐照,另一组为对照组,本文根据实验结果,报告了脉冲电场和脉冲磁场对小白鼠血细胞变化的影响,发现脉冲磁场引起白细胞数目下降,而脉冲电场则没有引起变化。

Abstract:Thirty-six mice were divided into three groups, two of the groups were re-spectively exposed to pulse electric field and pulse magnetic field, another wasthe control group. This paper demonstrated the effect of pulse electric and mag-netic field on mice blood cell. It has been shown that the pulse magnetic field ex-posure can make the number of the leukocytes markedly reduced(P<0. 05) ,butthe pulse electric field exposure can not.
