滑膜软骨瘤病的关节镜诊断与治疗

目的探讨关节镜在关节滑膜软骨瘤病中的诊断要点、治疗特点及疗效分析。方法本组54例，共59个关节，其中膝关节53个，髋关节6个；年龄16～65岁，平均42．5岁。所有患者均行关节镜下游离体取出和病变滑膜切除术，并对其他病变进行处理。结果49例55个关节获得了随访，平均随访35．6个月，患者术前交锁、疼痛症状消失，关节功能恢复良好，仅两例复发（3．6％），无其他并发症。结论关节镜下进行游离体摘除和病变滑膜清理术是治疗关节滑膜软骨瘤病的良好方法，具有创伤小、恢复快的优点。

Diagnosis and treatment of synovial chondromatosis with arthroscopy

Objective To study diagnostic methods ,treatment and result of synovial chondromatosis under arthroscopy. Methods Fifty -four patients （59 joints ）, with synovial chondromatosis of 53 knee joints ,6 hip joints. Age of 16 -65 years,42.5 years on average. Arthroscopie synovectomy and removal of loose bodies were done in all patients,and treated the other diseases. Results Forty - nine of these paients（55 joints） were followed up for an average of 35.6 months. The preoperative main symptoms all disappeared with no other complicating disease, only two patients （3.6%） recurred. Conclusions The present results showed arthroscopic removal of cartilaginous bodies with synovectomy are the good selection of treatment for synovial chondromatosis of the joints,with microinvasion and quick rehabilitation.
