痰热清注射液与头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠针联合治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作期的临床观察及其对C反应蛋白的影响

目的观察痰热清注射液与头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠针联合治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作期的临床疗效及其对C反应蛋白的影响。方法90例患者随机分成痰热清注射液和头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠联合组45例及头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠针组45例。结果痰热清注射液45例患者与头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠针组45例患者两组间的退热时间、临床疗效及治疗前后c反应蛋白的血清浓度相比，差异均有统计学意义，但细菌清除率比较差异无统计学意义（X^2=3．0387，P〉0．05）。结论痰热清注射液与头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠针的治疗效果明显优于头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠针组，并具有明显的抗炎作用。

Clinical study of tanreqing parenteral solution combined cefoperazone Na and sulbactam Na to treat the patients of an acute attack of chronic bronchitis,and effect on C - reaction protein

Objective To observe the clinical effection and effect on creaction protein（CRP） of an acute attack of chronic bronchitis to be treated by tanreqing parenteral solution combined cefoperazone Na and sulbaetam Na. Methods Ninety cases with an acute attack of chronic bronchitis were divided randomly into two groups. The treatment group 45 cases were treated by tanreqing parenteral solution combined cefoperazone Na and Sulbactam Na, the contrast group 45 cases were treated only by cefoperazone Na and Sulbactam Na. Results Comparison between two groups of the time of fever declines, clinical effection, serum eoncentration of the CRP before and after the treatment were[ （35± 16）h,（50± 18）h;95.5%,82.2% ;（14. 1 ±5.6,3.4 ±2.6：13.8±5.9,6.0±4.2）mg/L],the statistic comparison of the two groups were significantly increased . The bacterium clearance rate were 89. 6% , 71.4% ,they didn＇t have remarkable difference. Conclusions The treatment effection of the treated group is much more effective than the contrasted group, and its antiinflammation effect.
