四种空气采样方法检测层流病房动态环境结果比较

摘    要:
目的调查我院使用中的层流洁净病房的空气质量,比较四种采样方法的相关性。方法用平板沉降法、LWC-Ⅰ型离心式空气微生物采样器、JWL-ⅡB型和JWL-ⅡC型撞击式空气微生物监测仪等4种采样方法进行了检测比较。结果本医院层流洁净病房空气中自然菌总数符合Ⅱ类环境要求。4种空气采样方法采集到的平均细菌总数由平板沉降法~JWL-ⅡC型撞击式采样器依次为:75 cfu/m3、96 cfu/m3、85 cfu/m3和104 cfu/m3,各方法之间无明显差别。JWL-ⅡC型撞击式多功能空气微生物监测仪与平皿沉降法的结果一致率最好(73.0%)。结论4种空气采样方法的采样检测结果无显著差异(P>0.05),该医院外科层流洁净病房的空气含菌量符合Ⅱ类环境要求,达到国家规定10万级层流洁净病房的要求。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the air quality of the laminar-flow clean ward used in this hospital and to compare the relations to four sampling methods. Methods The monitoring results using four sampling methods including flat slab exposure method,LWC Type-1 Centrifugal Sampler of air microorganisms,JWL Type-ⅡB and JWL Type-ⅡC Clash Sampler of air microorganisms were compared. Results The total natural bacterial count in air of laminar-flow clean ward of this hospital fulfilled the requirement of class-Ⅱenvironment.The average total bacterial counts collected by the 4 air sampling methods in order from flat slab exposure method to JWL Type-ⅡC Clash Sampler of air microorganisms were 75 cfu/m3,96 cfu/m3,85 cfu/m3 and 104 cfu/m3,with no significant difference between the different methods.The conformation rate between the results of JWL Type-ⅡC Clash Multifunctional Sampler of air microorganisms and flat slab exposure method was the best(73.0%). Conclusions The monitoring results of sampling by 4 air sampling methods had no significant difference(P>0.05).The bacteria content in air of surgical laminar-flow clean ward in this hospital fulfilled the requirement of class-Ⅱ environment and the requirement of state-specified 105-grade laminar-flow clean ward.
