黄山山岳型景区游客发病流行病学调查

目的探讨黄山山岳型风景区内游客发病的病种、特点及规律,以有利于制定旅游急救预案,保障旅游安全。方法对2005年1月1日-2009年12月31日在景区内发病就诊的游客患者,进行统计、归类、分析。结果少儿组、成人组、老年组发病率前5位分别为：上呼吸道感染、急性胃肠炎、头外伤、支气管哮喘、蜂螫伤;上呼吸道感染、急性胃肠炎、下肢扭伤、头外伤、猴抓咬伤;上呼吸道感染、急性胃肠炎、急性冠脉综合症、高血压病、头外伤;各年龄组发病率前两位均为呼吸系统的上呼吸道感染和消化系统的急性胃肠炎,少儿和成人组外伤患者较多,而老年组心血管系统疾病和猝死事件明显增多。结论游客患者的发病情况与山岳型景区的环境存在一定的关联性,加强宣传山岳型景区旅游常见病、多发病的预防知识,加强旅游基础安全设施的建设,对保障安全健康旅游具有深远意义

Epidemiology Survey of Tourists' Sicknesses in Huangshan Mountain Scenic Spot

Objective To probe into the types,characteristics and regular patterns of sickness among tourists who were sightseeing in Huangshan mountain scenic spot,therefore to better facilitate in establishing medical emergency plan and ensure a safe sightseeing.Methods Data of tourists who suffered sickness and received treatment while visiting Huangshan Mountain from January 1,2005 to December 31,2009 were analyzed.Results The top five morbidities among group of children,group of adult and group of aged were as follows respectively： upper respiratory tract infection,acute gastroenteritis,head trauma,bronchial asthma,wasp sting;upper respiratory tract infection,acute gastroenteritis,sprain of lower extremity,head trauma and monkey scratches or bite;and upper respiratory tract infection,acute gastroenteritis,acute coronary syndromes,high blood pressure and head trauma.Among each age group,the top two morbidities were the same,there were higher number of traumatic patients in group of children and group of adult,whereas,an apparent increase of cardiovascular diseases and sudden death incidents were observed among group of aged.Conclusion It was proved that the morbidities of tourists to certain degree had correlation with the environment in mountainous area.Therefore,to strengthen the publication of knowledge over prevention of the most seen and frequently encountered diseases in mountainous area combined with enhancing tourism related infrastructure construction will bear far-reaching significance as to ensure a safe and health sight-seeing
