探讨冠心病的防治与护理干预

目的探讨冠心病（CHD）的防治措施,并提供护理对策。方法回顾性分析2008年3月-2010年3月深圳市宝安区福永人民医院确诊的冠心病患者68例,通过问卷调查的方式,对本组68例CHD患者的一般资料、冠心病家族史、吸烟、饮酒、高脂饮食、肥胖及不好运动等6个项目进行调查和回顾性分析。根据患者病情,采取不同的护理,主要从一般护理、生活护理、饮食护理、心理护理等4个方面护理干预。结果本组68例CHD患者中,CHD家族史者18例（男女共计）,占26.5%;有吸烟史者29例,占42.6%;肥胖30例,占44.1%;不好运动27例,占39.7%。本组CHD患者不良生活习惯少于2项,其CHD的发作次数明显减少。结论脂质代谢紊乱和动脉壁功能障碍是诱发CHD的重要因素,CHD家族史、吸烟、肥胖、高胆固醇血症和高血压是诱发CHD的危险因素,合理的膳食、适度的运动、健康的生活方式是预防CHD的最佳对策

Prevention of Coronary Heart Disease and Nursing Intervention

Objective To study the prevention,cure and nursing intervention of coronary heart disease（CHD）.Methods The questionnaire survey on the general information,family history,smoking,alcohol consumption,high-fat diets,obesity and lack of exercise were carried out in 68 patients with CHD from March 2008 to March 2010,and the materials were analyzed retrospectively.The special nursing intervention such as the general nursing,life care,diet nursing and psychological care were performed.Results There were 18 cases with the family history（26.5%）,29 cases with the history of smoking（42.6%）,30 cases with obesity（44.1%）,27 cases lacking of exercise（39.7%）.The attack rate of CHD diminished when the items of bad living habits were less than two.Conclusion The lipid metabolism disorders and arterial wall dysfunction are the main factors that induce CHD.CHD family history,smoking,obesity,high cholesterol and hypertension are the risk factors evoked CHD.The reasonable diets,moderate exercise and a healthy lifestyle are the best prevention countermeasures for CHD
