青春期学生单纯性肥胖原因分析

目的通过调查阳江市某中学学生青春期肥胖现状,分析导致青春期肥胖的原因,为寻找青春期肥胖的防治措施提供科学依据。方法通过整群抽样的方法,在阳江市某所中学随机抽取4个班级测量学生身高和体重,并采用自行设计的调查表进行问卷调查分析。结果调查结果显示青春期学生的肥胖检出率为9.2%（51人）,男性肥胖检出率略高于女性,但是差异没有统计学意义（P〉0.05）。青春期肥胖的发生与父母肥胖、学生饮食习惯及体育活动等因素有关,且差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论结果显示青春期肥胖问题受父母肥胖、学生饮食习惯及体育活动等多种因素的影响。根据青春期学生的生活特点有针对性地进行行为习惯矫正,并提高学生对于肥胖的认识与了解,可以有效预防肥胖的发生。

Etiology of Simple Obesity in Adolescent Students

Objective To investigate the obesity status of the adolescent in the Yangjiang middle school,and analyze the causes of obesity,so as to provide the scientific basis for prevention and treatment of adolescent obesity.Methods Four classes were randomly selected by cluster sampling method from a middle school in Yangjiang,the height and weight were measured and the questionnaire survey by a self-designed scale were carried.Results The obesity rate was 9.2%,the incidence of the simple obesity in boys was a little higher than that of girls,but the difference had not statistical significant.The adolescent obesity was closely related to the obesity in their parents,diet habits and exercises.Conclusion The adolescent overweight and obesity can be affected by many factors.By improving the behaviors and habits according to characteristics of students life,and developing their awareness and knowledge of obesity,the adolescent obesity can be prevented effectively
