| 摘 要： | 肿瘤抑郁症是指肿瘤相关性抑郁或癌症相关性抑郁,其病因及其机理目前尚不明确,但研究表明,肿瘤抑郁症发病率较高,且与多种因素有关,甚至有学者认为几乎90%的癌症患者都遭受抑郁的长期折磨,有些患者的直接死因可能不是肿瘤而是抑郁症,因此,肿瘤抑郁症值得临床医生加以关注并适当采取措施防治之。兹对国内近期肿瘤抑郁症的研究作一综述,以期对临床和研究工作提供帮助。 |

| Abstract: | Tumor depression refers to cancer related depression,its etiology and its mechanism are not clear yet.But research shows a higher prevalence of it,which is related to many factors.Some scholars even think that almost 90% of cancer patients suffer from depression in a long-term torture,the direct death cause may not be tumor but depression.Therefore,tumor depression deserves attention and appropriate clinicians to take measures to prevent and control it.This review may provide help for future clinical and research work. |
