情感型精神障碍青少年接受健康教育调查分析

目的：探讨情感型精神障碍青少年接受健康教育的效果。方法：采用自编的精神障碍青少年接受健康教育的问卷（得分高表示接受情况差）和症状自评表（SCL-90），对200例情感型精神障碍少年进行施测。结果：情感型精神障碍青少年对医护人员的健康教育的主动性、有效性、满意度及病情好转率，患病后2个月得分高于患病后1个月（P〈0.01）；女少年对医护人员健康教育接受的主动性、满意度的得分较男少年低（P〈0.05），医护人员对住院病人的健康教育的问卷得分与SCL-90症状因子评分呈正相关（P〈0.05）。结论：情感型精神障碍青少年接受健康教育的特点，患病时间短的较患病时间长的易接受健康教育；接受健康教育的主动性、接受率与病人的康复有密切关系；对情感型精神障碍青少年应在发病早期进行健康教育，病人更易接受，对于男性应更多加沟通。

The relationship characteristics of accepting health education of adolescents mental obstruction diagnosis

Objective：To study the Relationship characteristics Of accepting health education of adolescents mental obstruction effect. Methods ：200 cases of adolescents mental obstruction were collected they were assessed with a self designed accepting health education of adolescents mental obstruction Scale（ higher score means poor accepting） and SCL-90. Results：The adolescents mental obstruction accepting health educations of activieness, effectiveness, satisfaction were after 2 month taken mental obstruction scot ewere higher than 1 month. （P 〈 0.01 ）, The female accepting health educations of activieness, satisfaction score were lower than male （P 〈 0.05 ）, the medical care personnel are related to-patientg health education＇s questionnaire score and the SCL- 90 symptom factor grading present （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The relationship characteristics Of accepting health education of adolescents mental obstruction was that of the short time ills were easy to accepting health education.
