| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨导乐式分娩对降低孕产妇和围产儿死亡率，减少产时并发症和难产率的意义。结果 导乐式分娩缩短产程时间，减少产程中镇静镇痛剂的使用。减少会阴切开、产后出血及新生儿窒息率。结论９９％产妇对导乐式分娩表示满意。导乐式分娩能提高产时质量，降低服增妇和国产儿死亡率，有较好的社会效益。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the meaning of the doula delivery in reducing the mortality rate of gravida,parturient and perinatal infant,in reducing complications during delivery and the dystocia rate.Results:The results showed that doula delivery decreased duration for labour,the use of medications for pain relieving and sedative,perineotomy,postpartum haemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia rate.Conclusion:99% parturients were satisfied with the doula delivery.Doula delivery offered better quality of healty care during labour and delivery,reduced the gravida and parturient and perinatal mortality rate and better social effects. |
