| 摘 要： | 目的:探索临床药师开展药学服务的工作模式和切入点。方法:结合实例介绍我院临床药师开展药学服务的工作模式与切入点。结果:临床药师可通过参与业务院长药事查房、医疗查房、药学查房、会诊、开展药品不良反应监测和药物咨询以及提供药学信息等工作模式和切入点为临床提供药学服务。结论:临床药师应积极深入临床,为临床提供多种形式的药学服务,使药物治疗更加安全、有效。
