颅内感染患者血清和脑脊液中神经元特异性烯醇化酶含量的观察

摘    要:目的观察颅内感染患者血清和脑脊液中神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)的含量变化并探讨其意义。方法应用放免法测定40例颅内感染患者:病毒性脑炎(病脑)18例,结核性脑膜炎(结脑)14例,化脓性脑膜炎(化脑)8例和对照组23例的血清及脑脊液中NSE含量。结果无论在脑脊液还是在血清中,观察组的NSE含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);NSE含量依次为病脑>结脑>化脑(P<0.05);血清和脑脊液中含量呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论颅内感染患者血清和脑脊液中NSE含量与脑损害程度密切相关;测定血清中NSE含量可以作为判断脑损害程度的简便观察指标。

Abstract:Objective to observe the change of concentration of serum and CSF neuron-specific enolase(NSE) in patients with encephalic infections and to explore the clinical value of that.Methods RIA was rented for concentration of serum and CSF NSE in 40 patients with encephalic infections[18 viral encephalitis(VE),14 tuberculomeningitis(TM),8 purulentmeningitis(PM)]and 23 control subjects.Results The concentration of serum and CSF NSE were significantly higher in observed group than control group(P<0.05);The concentration of NSE:VE>TM>PM(P<0.05);NSE in serum is positively correlated with NSE in CSF.Conclusion There is closely corration beteen the concentration of NSE and the encephalic damage;The concentration of serum NSE can be served as facility marker for evaluating the damage of encephalic infections.
