| 摘 要： | ELISA法检测旋毛虫患者血清特异性IgM和IgG抗体,作为早期诊断和临床确诊,对临床和流行病学调查均有实际应用价值。本文报道经病理确诊的6例患者检测全为阳性;病理活检阴性的5例患者用本法检测反为阳性;对门诊疑诊为旋毛虫病的61例患者进行检测,30例为阳性,使之明确了诊断。本检测方法特异性强,敏感性高,稳定性好,方法简便宜于推广。 |

| Abstract: | It is practical important in early and convalescent period to diagnose Trichinosis by examing the specific IgM and IgG antibodies of infected patients' serum with ELISA method. 6 cases who were diagnosed by biopsy and 5 cases who weren't diagnosed by biopsy were all reported to be specific IgM and IgG positive in the study. 30 out of 61 suspecetd patients of Trichinosis were confizmed to be pork worm infected. This method with high specificity and sensitivity as well as good stability are very easily practiced. |
