AO/ASIF锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折及肩锁关节脱位

目的探讨A0/ASIF锁骨钩钢板在治疗TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位及NeerⅡ型锁骨远端骨折中的价值。方法对21例TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位及NeetⅡ型锁骨远端骨折病人行切开复位,AO/ASIF锁骨钩钢板内固定。观察其治疗效果及并发症发生情况。结果随访6—28个月,平均17个月。骨折均获得骨性愈合;内固定无松动、断裂;复位固定良好;未出现再骨折、再脱位;肩关节功能恢复快;无一例伤口感染。结论AO/ASIF锁骨钩钢板是治疗TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位及NeetⅡ型锁骨远端骨折的一种理想方法。具有并发症少、病人肩关节功能恢复快等优点。

Treatment of Lateral Clavicular Fracture and Acromioclavicular Joint Dislocation with AO/ASIF Clavicular Hook Plate

Objective To investigate the values of AO/ASIF Clavicular Hook Plate in treatment of lateral clavicular fracture(Neer II) and acromioclavicular joint dislocation(TossylII).Methods 21 patients with lateral clavicular fracture and acromioclavicular joint dislocation were treated with AO/ASIF clavicular hook plate.The outcomes and complications were observed.Results Fusing were reached in all fracture cases followed up from 6-28 months. There is no complication. Conclusion Lateral clavicular fracture(NeerⅡ) and acromioclavicular joint dislocation(Tossy|II ) treated with AO/ASIF clavicular hook plate is an idea surgical method.This technique is of benefit to the patients for the functional recovery of the shoulder and early rehabilitation.
