波动性高血糖对大鼠肝脏和肾脏病理形态学的影响

目的观察波动性高血糖引起的大鼠肝脏和肾脏病理形态学变化。方法将SD大鼠随机分为三组,分别为:正常对照组(N)、糖尿病稳定性高血糖组(D)和糖尿病波动性高血糖组(F)。采用链脲佐菌素(STZ)65mg/kg腹腔注射诱发糖尿病,波动性高血糖组每天定时腹腔注射普通胰岛素,并错时给予葡萄糖,造成一天中血糖浓度大幅度波动模型。通过光镜和电镜,观察肾、肝脏显微和超微结构改变。结果 D组比较:F组均见肝细胞核大小不等,胞浆内脂肪空泡;毛细胆管扩张有淤胆现象等;肾小球明显分叶,肾小管有空泡、透明样变;足突细胞核固缩,基底膜明显增厚,肾小管有大量的蛋白沉积,细胞固缩、有凋亡倾向。结论波动性高血糖对大鼠肝脏和肾脏病理形态学影响重于稳定性高血糖。

Effects of fluctuant high blood glucoes on liver and kidney pathological morphology

Objective Observe the effects of fluctuant high blood glucose on liver and kidney pathological morphology.Methods SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group(N),stable highbloodglucose group(D)and fluctuant high blood glucose group(F).Diabetic rats were induced by intraperitoneal injection of STZ(65mg/kg),and the fluctuant high blood glucose animal model was induced by intraperitoneal injection of ordinary insulin and glucose at different time point every day.Observing change Of microstructure and ultrastructure by light and electron microscopy.Results Compared with D group,F group significantly have liver cell nucleus ranging,Intracytoplasmic lipid vacuole,capillary bile duct dilatation with cholestatic phenomenon.There were obvious leaflet in glomerular and vacuoles,hyaline variable in renal tubular.There were obvious podocyte pyknosis,the basement membrane thickening,protein deposition,pyknotic their nucleus irregular,apoptosis tendency in F group.Conclusion Liver and kidney pathological morphology in fluctuant high blood glucose have more damager than in stable high blood glucose.
