摘    要:目的优化红花注射液的醇沉工艺。方法应用综合评分法-正交试验设计优化醇沉工艺条件。结果红花注射液提取液相对密度1.16(50~60℃),采用90%乙醇,以边搅拌、边喷入的方式加入至含醇量70%,在4℃条件下冷藏静置72 h,总黄酮损失率5.01%,除杂率59.36%。结论新工艺可行,适合生产。

Optimization of Alcohol Precipitation Technology for Safflower Injection with Orthogonal Test Method

Abstract:Objective To optimize the alcohol precipitation technology for Safflower injection. Methods According to the multiple guidelines grading method,orthogonal design was used to optimize the alcohol precipitation technology. Results The optimal technology was as follows: The relative density of extracting solution was 1. 16( 50-60 ℃),alcohol of 90% was added to the solution by stirring and spraying it at the same time until the alcohol content of the solution was 70%,and the solution was kept in cold storage( 4 ℃) for 72 h. The loss percentage of total flavonoids was 5. 01% while the impurity removal rate was 59. 36%. Conclusion This new technology is available and suitable for production.
