p27 kipl在胃癌中的表达及其意义

目的研究胃癌手术标本中p27kipl的表达以及临床病理学特征的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学方法对20例正常胃粘膜及60例胃癌组织标本p27 kipl的表达及其临床病理学特征的关系进行分析。结果 p27 kipl在正常胃粘膜的阳性表达率为100％,在胃癌组中阳性表达率为51.67％,且在两组织中的表达差异有显著性(P<0.005)。p27 kipl的表达与胃癌的分化程度呈正相关,与癌组织的浸润深度、淋巴结转移呈负相关。结论 p27 kipl蛋白的表达与胃癌的病理学特征密切相关,可作为胃癌的分化程度、进展情况,并可能作为一个恶性程度高的指征。

P27 kipl expression in gastric carcinoma and its significance

Objective We studied the expression of p27 kipl in gastrectomy specimens from the gastric carcinoma, and its correlation to clinicopathologic characteristics.Methods We analyzed the relationship of the p27 kipl expression in 20 normal gastric mucosae and 60 gastric carcinoma and the characteristics of clinicopathology by immunohistochemical method.Result P27 kipl positive expression is 100% in normal gastric mucosae while 51.67% in gastric carcinoma and there is significant difference between the two groups (P< 0.005) .The expression of p27 kipl displays positive correlation with the differential degree but negative correlation with the depth of invasion and lymph node metas-tases.Conclusion P27 kipl protein expression is closely related with pathologic character in gastric carcinoma. It can be used as an index for differentiation degree, progress and perhaps for malignant degree in gastric carcinoma.
