1996年中国艾滋病哨点监测报告

我国自１９９５年开始在２３个省（自治区、直辖市）的４２个哨点中对性传播疾病（ＳＴＤｓ）门诊就诊者、暗娼、吸毒者和长途卡车司机四类人群进行监测，当年监测结果显示，在监测哨点所在的城市中，被监测的ＳＴＤｓ门诊就诊者、暗娼、吸毒者和长途卡车司机人群中ＨＩＶ感染率均很低，但存在广泛传播的危险性。１９９６年第一轮共监测１００８５人，发现ＨＩＶ感染者３５例。其中在ＳＴＤｓ门诊就诊者中发现ＨＩＶ感染者１例，在吸毒者中发现ＨＩＶ感染者３４例（其中新疆３２例）；第二轮监测１１９０９人，发现ＨＩＶ感染者７２例，其中在暗娼人群中发现１例，在吸毒人群中发现７１例（其中新疆６９例）。１９９６年监测结果表明，在哨点所在的城市中，尽管被监测的ＳＴＤｓ门诊就诊者、暗娼和长途卡车司机人群中ＨＩＶ感染率仍很低，但我国ＨＩＶ流行形势已发生改变，ＨＩＶ感染的流行已不仅仅局限于云南吸毒者中，在其它地区已开始在吸毒者中流行，个别地区该人群中ＨＩＶ感染率上升很快。

The Report of HIV Sentinel Surveillance in China ,1996

Four high risk groups,people attending STDs clinic,underground prostitutes,drug users and long distance truck drivers have been surveillanced in 42 sentinel surveillance sites twice a year in China since 1995.The results showed that the HIV infection prevalences are very low in these selected populations in 1995,and there were many risk factors that would cause HIV extensively spread in China Using the same method,10085 and 11909 persons were surveillanced in the first and second round in 1996 respectively.One HIV infected person was reported in STDs clinic attenders and 34 in the drug users(32 in Xinjiang autonomous region)in the first round,l HIV infcted person was found among underground prostitutes,and 71 among the drug users(69 in Xinjiang autonomous region)in the second round The results of sentinel surveillance in 1996 suggest that the situation of HIV infection epidemic has chantged,although the HIV infection prevalences are very low among STDs clinic attenders,underground prostitutes and the long distance truck drivers in selected cities.The HIV infection has extensively spread and increases rapidly among drug users in some region outside of Yunnan province.
