碘伏消毒纤维胃镜的效果观察

通过对比观察不同浓度的碘伏和新洁尔灭消毒纤维胃镜的效果，在消毒方法相同的条件下进行取样观察，当浓度为０．１％时，均无细菌生长；浓度为０．０５％时，新洁尔灭消毒后的纤维胃镜有细菌生长；浓度为０．０２５％时，Ｐ＜０．０１，差异有显著性。说明：在浓度相同的条件下，碘伏的消毒效果明显优于新洁尔灭；０．５％碘伏稀释至０．０２５％后用于纤维胃镜消毒效果是可靠的，而用新洁尔灭消毒纤维胃镜最低浓度为０．１％，否则不能保证消毒的效果。

Effects of Iodophor on Disinfection of Gastroscope

A contrastive study on the effects of iodophor and bromogeramine on disinfection of gastroscopes was made at a different concentration and in the same disinfection method.When the concentration was 0.1%,there was no germ growth both inside and outside the gastroscopes.When 0.05%, after the disinfection by bromogeramine there germ growth still existed,but there was no statistical value(P<0.01).When 0.025%,there was significant difference(P<0.01).The reuslts showed that the effects of iodophor on disinfection was significantly better than bromogeramine at the same concentration.After the dilution of 0.5%of iodophor to 0.025%the diluted solution was used to disinfect the gastroscopes its effects were reliable,while the concentration of bromogeramine must be at least 0.1%in order to assure the disinfection results.
