| 摘 要： | 本文以不同种丹皮为对照,对六味地黄丸的原料药丹皮进行了鉴定;用无水乙醇提取、薄层扫描法测定了丹皮药材及六味地黄丸中丹皮酚的含量。本法与水蒸汽蒸馏-紫外分光光度法,醇浸出-紫外分光光度法作了比较,排除了杂质干扰,结果准确可靠。

| Abstract: | Using the root back reference standards of five species in Paeonia genus, Cortex Moutan obtained from seven Chinese pharmaceutical works was identified microscopic ally. The quantitation of paeonol in Cortex Moutan and Liuwei Dihuang Wan was made by means of ethanol extraction and duat wavetength TLC scanning. This method reparated all impurities and was compared with the methods of water-distillation-UV spectrometry and ethanol extraction-UV spectrometry. The results are exact and dependabte. |
