乌鲁木齐“7·5”事件现场医学救援实践

乌鲁木齐“7·5”事件发生后，乌鲁木齐市急救中心（120）第一时间启动应急预案，调动医疗急救资源，指挥医疗救援人员，有效地开展现场抢救。在通讯网络中断情况下，应急小组迅速建立“一线移动指挥平台暨救护车集结点”，通过电台与“120”急救中心联系，组织调派非“120”网络的救护车支援，将急救指令准确地发往各个急救车及网络医院，指挥调度中心手工操作接警、指挥、伤亡统计，并报送上级有关部门，提供领导部门决策依据。

Field medical rescuer in Urumqi riots on the July 5

During the July 5 riots in Urumqi, Urumqi emergency center started emergency protocol at once to assemble medical resources（stuff ＆facilities）, to accomplish salvage at scene . Though normal communication network had been interrupted, emergency group immediately established a field mobile command center to gather ambulances. We connected 120 emergency center by radio, organized non-120 network ambulances to participate medical relief and assigned orders to each ambulance and network hospital. The call center could receive alarm, count the number of the wounded and dead people. Finally, we collected and reported accurate data to relevant authorities as the basis of government＇ s policy.
