米索前列醇在临床计划分娩中的作用

目的探讨米索前列醇促宫颈成熟的临床效果。方法对40例有引产指征的足月妊娠孕妇使用米索前列醇25μg阴道后穹隆放置促宫颈成熟引产,间隔重复给药,最大剂量200μg;抽取40例同等条件无催产素引产禁忌证,自愿接受催产素引产者作为对照,常规使用催产素引产。结果米索前列醇组用于足月妊娠促宫颈成熟的总有效率为80%,显著高于催产素组的47.5%(P<0.01)。米索前列醇组临产时间明显短于催产素组(P<0.05),且剖宫产率及羊水污染率亦低于催产素组(P<0.05)。结论足月妊娠应用小剂量米索前列醇阴道后穹隆放置能有效地促宫颈成熟,引产成功率高,是一种方便、安全、有效的引产方法,值得临床推广应用。

clinical effect of Misoprostol for cervical ripening

Objective To explore the clinical effect of misoprostol for cervical ripening.Methods 40 gravida who had indication of Induced labour were placed misoprostol in the posterior fornix of vagina,spaced repeated dosing,maximum dose 200 μg).And control group were given low-dose of oxytocin through intravenous infusion.Results Misoprostol group used in term pregnancy in the total effective rate was 80%,and was significantly higher than 47.5% in the oxytocin group(P<0.01).The Misoprostol group parturient time was shorter than the oxytocin group(P<0.05),and the rate of cesarean section and amniotic fluid contamination rate is also lower than the oxytocin group(P<0.05).Conclusion Small-dose misoprostol in the posterior vaginal fornix can be used for cervical ripening in term pregnancy.Which is convenient,safe and effective.It is worthy of clinical application.
