| 摘 要： | 目的探讨子宫肌瘤合并高血压的围术期治疗方法。方法对2008年1月-2010年12月我院手术治疗52例患者的临床资料和治疗结果进行总结。结果手术前治疗4d-11d，平均6．5do住院12d-22d，平均17．5d。结论采取术前正规治疗高血压和并发症，扩大了手术治疗适应证，提高了近期疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the treatment method of fibroids combined with hypertension.Methods The clinical data and the treatment results of 52 cases from January 2008 to 2010 12 months in hospital were summarized.Results Before the operation treatment duration was 4 ~ 11 days(average of 6.5 days).Hospital stays was 12 ~ 22 days(average of 17.5 days).Conclusion Controlling blood pressure and complications can expandthe surgical treatment of scope and improve the short-term curative effect. |
