希望护理在截瘫合并抑郁症状患者中的应用

目的探讨希望护理在骨科截瘫合并抑郁症患者中的应用效果。方法对50例截瘫患者进行抑郁自评量表（SDS）评定,根据结果分析其原因,应用希望理论制定健康目标,加强社会支持系统等护理干预措施。出院时对患者进行SDS测评,同时调查其对护理工作的满意度。结果患者的抑郁程度较前降低28%,患者对护理满意度达96%.结论希望护理应用于截瘫合并抑郁症患者可以有效地促进患者的心身康复,减轻抑郁症状。

The application of hope nursing in paraplegic patients with depression

Objective To explore the application effect of the hope nursing in the orthopaedic paraplegic patients with depression.Methods 50 cases of paraplegia first were evaluated,according to the analysis of the results of SDS,applying hope nursing for health goals,and strengthening the theory of social support system as nursing intervention measures.The in-patients were evaluated by SDS and nursing job satisfaction was evaluated when the patients were out. Results Depression degree was reduced by 28%,the patients’care satisfaction rate was 96%.Conclusion Hope nursing for patients with paraplegia could effectively reduce the depression in patients with depression,promote psychosomatic rehabilitation.
