青壮年与老年结肠癌患者病理学特征及预后分析

目的 探讨青壮年与老年结肠癌患者的病理学特征和预后情况.方法 收集我院68 例资料完整的结肠癌患者的临床病理资料,按照年龄段分组进行回顾性对照分析.结果 2 组患者肿瘤位置、大小差异不大（P〉0.05）.青壮年组多为溃疡型（50.0%）,黏液腺癌居多（46.7%）,中分化的比例最高（43.3%）,3 年及5 年生存率低;老年组以管状腺癌（57.9%）为主,高分化的比例最高（50.0%）,预后较青壮年组好,2 组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 青壮年结肠癌患者恶性程度较老年人高,易转移,预后较差.在临床上应提高认识,早诊断、早治疗,以提高患者的治愈率和生存率.

Pathological features and prognostic analysis of the young and elderly patients with colon cancer

Objective To investigate pathological features and prognosis of young and elderly patients with colon cancer.Methods Clinical and pathological data of 68 cases of patients with colon cancer were organized and retrospectively analyzed in accordance with the age group.Results Tumor location and diameter between two groups were not significantly difference(P>0.05).In the young group,ulcerative type(50.0%) of gross type,mucinous adenocarcinoma(46.7%),and mid-differentiation(43.3%) were more;3 years and 5 years survival rate were low;while in old age group,tubular adenocarcinoma was more(57.9 %),with a high degree of differentiation(50.0%) and better prognosis.The differences between two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion Compared with elder,the malignancy degree of young colon cancer patients are higher,easy to transfer and with poor prognosis.By raising awareness,early diagnosis and treatment,cure rate and survival rate can be improved.
