| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜下行结直肠癌根治术后早期护理干预对促进患者肛门排气的效果。方法选择腹腔镜下行结直肠癌根治术患者60例，按随机原则分为试验组和对照组，对照组采用传统的随意活动方式，试验组采用设计好的早期护理干预程序进行活动。比较2组肛门排气时间。结果试验组肛门排气时间方面明显优于对照组（P〈O．01）。结论腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术后早期护理干预对促进患者肛门排气及早日康复具有肯定的效果。

| Abstract: | Objectives To Study the effect of early nursing intervention on anal exhaust after the laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer and rehabilitation. Methods laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal carcinoma 60 patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, the control group used the traditional method, the test group used the good early nursing intervention program activities, comparison with anal exhaust time. Results The experimental group＇s anal exhaust time are obviously better than the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion After the laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical resection, the early nursing intervention on patients promote rehabilitation. |
