| 归肾丸加减治疗卵巢早老化30例临床观察 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的观察归肾丸加减治疗卵巢早老化的临床疗效。方法将60例卵巢早老化患者随机分为2组,归肾丸治疗组30例,仅采用归肾丸加减治疗;人工周期对照组30例,仅用西药人工周期治疗方案治疗,2组疗程均为3个月。结果 2组治疗前后组内比较血FSH及E2间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);但2组治疗后FSH及E2组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论归肾丸加减能有效治疗卵巢早老化,但其作用机制及远期疗效有待进一步研究。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the efficacy of Guishen Pills on ovarian early aging.Methods 60 Cases of early ovarian aging were randomly divided into 2 groups.Chinese medicine group 30 cases treated with Guishen Pills.Artificial cycle control(artificial cycle group) 30 cases only with artificial cycle.The courses of treatment was three months.Results FSH and E2 in 2 groups before treatment were not significantly different(P>0.05).seru-m FSH and E2 after treatment were statistically significant differences(P<0.01).And there was no significant difference between before and after treatment in FSH and E2.Conclusion Guishen Pills is effective on premature ovarian aging and its mechanism and long-term effect needs further study. |
