慢性肝病CT增强扫描的护理问题与相应措施

目的 通过改进护理措施提高慢性肝病患者肝脏CT增强扫描的效果。方法回顾性总结6872例慢性肝病患者接受肝脏CT增强扫描检查的主要共同性护理问题，探讨相应的护理措施。结果慢性肝病肝脏CT增强扫描主要存在以下的护理问题：心理问题，交叉感染，血管缺陷和凝血机制障碍。相应的护理措施有：心理疏导，严格按传染病护理原则进行保护和隔离，改良穿刺、合理高压注射等护理措施。结论慢性肝病患者肝脏CT增强扫描时，采用针对性的护理措施可以取得良好的效果。

Problems and Measures for Nursing Care for Patients with Chronic Liver Diseases Receiving Enhancement CT Scanning

Objective To improve the effect of enhancement CT scanning for patients with chronic liver diseases by improving nursing care interventions.Methods A total of 6 872 patients with chronic liver diseases receiving enhancement CT scanning in our hospital in the past 3 years were reviewed to investigate the typical problems of nursing and explore corresponding nursing measures.Results The typical problems of nursing for patients with chronic liver diseases receiving enhancement CT scanning were psychological problems,cross infection,vascular deficiency,and blood coagulation disturbance.The corresponding nursing measures included the following: psychological interventions,protection and isolation strictly according to infectious disease principles,modification of puncture procedure,and high-pressure injection.Conclusion Taking corresponding nursing measures during enhancement CT scanning for patients with chronic liver diseases can achieve satisfactory results.
