| 心力衰竭患儿心电图与M型超声心动图的改变 | |

| 摘 要： | 对患克山病有心力衰竭的患儿65例进行心电描记及M 型超声心动描记、并与112名健康儿童的M 型超声心动描记与7713名健康儿童心电描记对比,结果表明克山病患儿的心房终末向量(PTFv_1)和M 型超声心电图的指标均与正常儿童有显著性差别。 |

| Abstract: | The electrocardiography and echocardiography of 65 cases suffered from Keshan disease with heart failure were compared with electrocardiographyin 7713 normal children and echocardiography in 112 normal children of thesame age.PTFv_1 less than -0.04ms is a useful diagnostic point for heart failure.71 cases aged from 7 to 9 are divided into three groups,heart failure decom-pensatory group(10 cases),heart failure compensatory group(12 cases),healthy children group(49 cases).106 cases aged from 9 to 12 are also dividedinto three groups,heart failure decompensatory group(22 cases),heart failurecompensatory group(21 cases),health children group(63 cases).Diameter ofleft atrium,internal diameter at the end of diastole of left ventricle,internaldiameter at the end of systole of left ventricle,distance from E point of mitralvalue to interventricular septum left ventricular shortennning fraction,and leftventricular ejection fraction are measured.All these six items have statisticallysignificant difference among these three same aged groups.These six items can beconsidered as indexes of normal heart function,compensatory period of heartfailure and decompensatory period of heart failure. |
