摘 要: | 目的:建立测定藏药八味獐牙菜丸中盐酸小檗碱含量的方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法和高效液相色谱法。结果:建立了八味獐牙菜丸中兔耳草和小檗皮的薄层色谱鉴别方法,并采用HPLC测定了该藏药制剂中小檗皮的有效成分盐酸小檗碱的含量,其回归方程为:y=4629102.46x-136034.70,r=0.9995,盐酸小檗碱的平均回收率为97.30%,RSD=1.57%(n=6)。结论:该方法测定快速、重现性好,可用于八味獐牙菜丸的质量控制。

Abstract: | Objietive:To establish a TLC identification and an HPLC quantitative determination methods for Bawei Zhangyacai Pills. Methods: TLC arid HPLC were used.Results:The TLC method could identify Lagotis glauca Gaertn and Berberis kansuensis Schneid , and HPLC method could quantitive determine Berberine Hydrochloride quantity in Bawei Zhangyacai Pills. The regression equation of standard curve was y=4629102.46x -136034.70,r =0.9995,the mean reeovery was 97.30% with RSD ofl.57% for the HPLC method. Conclusions:This method is simple, rapid and reliable with good reprodueibility, and can be used to control the quality of Bawei Zhangyaeai Pills. |
