摘 要: | 建立反相离子对色谱法测定青木香中马兜铃酸A含量。采用HypersilC18色谱柱(2 0 0mm× 4 6mm ,5 μm) ,以甲醇∶1 2 8%四丁基溴化氨∶pH 3 6醋酸 醋酸钠缓冲液 (体积比2∶1∶1)为流动相 ,流速 1 0mL/min ,检测波长 316nm。线性范围 2 0 8~ 10 4 0 μg/mL(r =0 9998) ,样品平均加样回收率为 97 0 % (n =6 ) ,精密度RSD为 1 5 % (n =6 )。该法简便、快速、准确 ,适用于青木香中马兜铃酸A的定量分析

Determination ofaristolochic acid A in Radix Aristolochiae by RP-HPLC |

Abstract: | The paper is to establish a method using RP-HPLC fordetermination of the content of aristolochic acid A in Radix Aristolochiae. The instrument used was Waters Model 510 HPLC with a Hypersil C18 column(200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was methanol:1.28% tetrabutylammonium bromide:acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer solution (pH 3.6) (volumn radio 2∶1∶1) and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The UV detection wavelenth was 316 nm and the column temperature was room temperature. The calibration curve was linear(r=0.999 8) within the range of 20.8~104.0 μg/mL for aristolochic acid A.The mean recovery was 97.0%(n=6) and the precision (RSD) was 2.4%(n=6). The method was convenient,quick,accurate and suitble for the quality control of the aristolochic acid A in Radix Aristolochiae. |
