| 摘 要： | 医疗事故技术鉴定对于公平、公正处理医疗纠纷具有重要意义,通过分析医疗事故处理中技术鉴定结论在纠纷处理中的重要性,及医学会组织鉴定过程中存在的缺陷,并结合医院管理和医疗纠纷处理经验提出了公平、公正、科学鉴定的几点建议,以期进一步促进医疗规章制度完善。

| Abstract: | Technical identification in medical accident was very important to the settling of medical disputes.The article analyzed the importance of identification conclusion in medical accident settling and the drawbacks during the identification organized by medical science association.The author also put forward some suggestions to promote the perfection of medical regulation and system. |
