| 摘 要： | 目的探讨微探头超声内镜(MPS)及射频消融诊断和治疗食管囊肿的价值。方法 86例患者胃镜检查发现食管隆起性病变,行MPS诊断为食管囊肿并行射频消融治疗。结果食管囊肿超声表现为病灶处呈圆形、类圆形无回声区,起源于黏膜下层或黏膜层。食管囊肿患者经射频治疗后食管囊肿囊壁均完全破坏,均未出现出血、穿孔等严重并发症。6月后复查电子胃镜,仅1例患者复发。结论 MPS能准确诊断食管囊肿,射频消融是治疗较小食管囊肿的可行方法。 |
