大鼠急性脊髓损伤后神经胶质酸性蛋白的表达意义

摘    要:目的:探讨脊髓损伤后神经胶质酸性蛋白(GFAP)的表达及对后肢功能恢复的影响。方法:健康的SD大鼠30只,Allen’s法打击T9~T10脊髓节段,用BBB法评估后肢的运动功能,免疫组化染色和图像分析法观察GFAP的表达。结果:BBB评分和行为观察,发现大鼠脊髓损伤后有自行恢复率68%:对照组显示GFAP在脊髓各个部位均有表达;实验组脊髓损伤1d后,损伤区域GFAP表达增加,可达损伤区附近、软脊髓膜下的白质和脊髓中央管均有GFAP的表达,脊髓损伤3~5 d后,脊髓损伤区域和邻近的周边区域GFAP的表达显著增加,并逐渐达到高峰,随着时间的推移GFAP的表达逐渐下降,GFAP的表达于损伤2周后逐渐恢复到对照组水平(P>0.05)。结论:大鼠脊髓损伤可诱导星形胶质细胞增生,脊髓损伤后的微环境适合胶质细胞增生,对中枢系统损伤修复产生影响。
