| 摘 要： | 目的探讨重庆市璧山农村居民食管癌的发病情况及其影响因素。方法采用整群抽样的方法,在重庆市璧山县抽取食管癌发病率较高的乡或村的人口作为筛查人群,进行一对一的问卷调查和内镜检查。结果 2000名筛查对象中,对癌症综合防治知识和食管癌防治知识不知晓的人分别占24.1%和26.1%;内镜检查出可疑阳性者116人,经病理活检最终确诊的有4人,总检出率0.2%;单因素分析显示,食管癌检出率在性别、文化程度、肿瘤家族史、癌症综合知识和食管癌防治知识知晓程度5个因素上差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但从分布情况可看出,患者多集中在男性,文化程度较低,无肿瘤家族史及防癌知识缺乏者当中。结论重庆市璧山农村地区食管癌发病率较高,亟需深入研究发病影响因素,以便采取有效的防治措施。 |
