摘    要:
目的:探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy,简称HIE)的CT诊断。方法:对采用CT进行检查的66例HIE患者进行回顾性分析。结果:HIE的CT表现分Ⅲ度(轻、中、重),轻度:脑白质低密度影分布于2个脑叶;中度:白质低密度影超过2个脑叶,伴灰、白质对比模糊;重度:广泛弥漫性白质低密度改变,灰白质界限消失。蛛网膜下腔出血是最常见的并发症,脑梗塞少见。结论:CT扫描可显示病变范围、密度及并发症,是确诊HIE最有效的方法。

Abstract:
Objective: To study the CT diagnosis of hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE)in neonates.Methods: 66 casess of neonates suffering HIE and receiving CT examination were analyzed retrospectively.Results: CT findings of HIE were divided into three degrees(mild,moderate and severe).Mild degree:the low density area of brain white matter involved 2 brain's lobe;moderate degree:the low density area of brain white matter involved over 2 brain's lobe,the border of gray matter and white matter was ill difined;severe degree:diffuse low density of cerebral white matter changed and the border of gray matter and white matter was disappeared.Subarachnoid hemorrhage was the most common complication and brain infarction was rare.Conclusion: CT scan is able to show the area and density and complication of the lesion,and it is the most valid method for diagnosing HIE finally.
