复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病致病菌株及药敏的分析

摘    要:目的:探讨复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(RVVC)致病菌株变化及药敏的情况。方法:取2009年8月至2010年7月我院妇科门诊RVVC患者105例,同时取402例首次患外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(VVC)的患者作为对照组,比较分析两组致病菌株的改变及药敏情况。结果:两组比较RV—VC致病菌株中非白假丝酵母菌比例为15.2%,VVC致病菌株中非白假丝酵母菌比例为8.2%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);两组致病菌株的体外药敏试验,非白假丝酵母菌的耐药性较白色假丝酵母菌增加,但无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:RVVc致病菌株中非白假丝酵母菌明显增加,可能是反复发作的原因之一,但对抗真菌药物无明显抵抗。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the change of recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis (RVVC) pathogenic strains and sensitivity. Method: From Aug. 2009 to Jun. 2010 in our hospital, 105 cases of patients with gynecological clinic RVVC, while taking the first 402 cases suffering from vulvovaginal candidiasis (VVC) as control group, comparison of two groups of pathogenic bacteria strain changes and drug sensitivity. Result: Two groups compared RVVC pathogenic strains non--white candida ratio of 15.2% and VVC pathogenic strains of non--white candida ratio of 8. 2%, There was statistically significant difference ( P〈0.05 ) ; two groups pathogenic strains of in vitro drug sensitivity test, non--white candida albicans resistance to white candida albicans than increased, but there's no statistical significance (P〉0.05). Conclusion: RVVC pathogenic strains of non--white candida albicans increased markedly, possibly one of the causes recurrent seizures, but no significant resistance to antifungal agents.
