Beyond冷光美白内-外联合漂白对死髓牙的临床效果分析

目的 评价Beyond冷光美白技术对死髓牙的临床疗效的观察.方法 将40例死髓牙患者随机分为两组,分别进行Beyond冷光美白内-外联合漂白和beyond冷光美白外漂白.用vita比色板进行美白前后牙齿颜色的对比,半年后复查.比较两种方法漂白效果及稳定性.结果 两组患者治疗后,变色的牙齿均有一定程度的漂白.统计学分析显示,Beyond冷光美白内-外联合漂白的效果优于beyond冷光美白外漂白(P<0.05).结论 Beyond冷光美白内-外联合漂白技术应用于死髓变色牙,具有良好的临床疗效和推广价值.

An Analysis of Clinical Effects of Combined Bleaching on Pulpless Teeth by Beyond Cold Light Whitening

Objective To evaluate the effects of Combined Bleaching on Pulpless Teeth by Beyond Cold Light Whitening.Methods Forty patients were randomly divided into two groups.One group was treated with combined bleaching-using Beyond cold light whitening both inside and outside the teeth crown.The other group was only bleached outside the teeth crown.Color of the teeth before and after treatment was compared by VITA shade guide and was re-examined half a year later to see bleaching effects and stability of the two methods.Results Patients in both group observed certain degree of teeth whitening after treatment.Statistics showed that the effect of combined bleaching is better than that of solely bleaching outside teeth crown(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined bleaching of pulpless teeth by beyond cold light whitening has good clinical effect and should be widely used in clinical treatment.
