莆田学院医学院学生早餐情况调查分析

目的 以莆田学院医学生为对象,了解大学生早餐就餐情况及其影响因素,为开展大学生营养健康教育提供参考依据.方法 采用分层整群抽样的方法从不同年级抽取共273 名学生,用自填问卷调查法收集其早餐情况资料,应用spss17.0统计软件进行χ2检验、logistic回归分析.结果 早餐的就餐频率与大学生对早餐的态度和认知有密切的关系,而且所调查的医学生中每天吃早餐(7天/周)的人数仅占44.6%,不吃早餐的主要原因是没时间怕迟到.结论 大学生就餐率不容乐观,开展大学生营养健康教育提高大学生对早餐的认识、端正对早餐的态度和制定合理的作息时间表是提高大学生就餐率的有效途径.

Investigation and Analysis of Breakfast Status of Students in Putian College Medical Department

Objective With Students in Putian College Medical Department as an object,the breakfast status and influential factors are investigated,so as to provide information for developing nutritional education of students.Methods Stratified cluster sampling is used to extract a total of 273 students from different grades,using self-administered questionnaires to collect data of breakfast situation,applying spss17.0 statistical software for logistic regression analysis.Result The frequency of having breakfast is closely related to the attitude and awareness of students towards breakfast.According to the survey,the students who eat breakfast every day(7 days / week) account for only 44.6 percent.The main reason of not having breakfast is fright of being late.Conclusions The breakfast status of college students was unsatisfactory.Developing the nutrition and health education for college students,improving college students’ knowledge of the breakfast,correcting attitudes towards breakfast and formulating a reasonable timetable are effective methods to improve the rate of college students having breakfast.
