深圳某区涉外宾馆建设项目卫生学评价现状分析

目的了解深圳某区宾馆建设项目卫生学评价的现状及存在的问题。方法采用卫生学调查、卫生工程分析、检查表法,对36家宾馆进行建设项目卫生学评价。结果在选址设计阶段,有16家宾馆全部项目合格,合格率为44.5%,在工程竣工阶段,有34家宾馆全部项目合格,合格率为94.4%。结论经过卫生学评价,多数在选址设计阶段不合格的企业均能整改到位,减少了建设项目建成后可能出现的健康危害因素,并为卫生行政部门进行卫生审核提供了依据。
