| 摘 要： | 目的探讨踝关节镜下治疗三踝骨折的方法和疗效。方法 2009年1月至2012年6月收治的24例三踝骨折的病例,在踝关节镜下行复位内固定,术后随访612个月,对患者术后关节功能进行评价。结果 24例患者骨折愈合,关节功能恢复正常。结论踝关节镜下内固定治疗三踝骨折具有损伤小,安全性高,复位准确,并发症少等优点。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the technique and the clinical result of internal fixation of trimalleolar fractures with arthroscopy. Methods 24 cases of fracture were subjected to reduction and fixed under the arthroscopy. The postoperative ankle function was evaluated. Results All cases had fracture healing and restoration of the ankle joint. Conclusions The internal fixation of trimalleolar fractures with arthroscopy has the advantages ofless4nvasion, safety, reset accurate and fewer complication. |
