摘    要:目的建立可同时测定箱包用胶粘剂中芳香烃类、烷烃类、卤代烃类八种有毒有害挥发性有机物GC.MS检测方法。方法以《鞋和箱包用胶粘剂》(GB19340—2003)中指定的八种溶剂为目标物,以乙酸乙酯为溶剂,充分混合后,经离心及有机相针头过滤器过滤,气相色谱质谱联用仪定性定量检测。结果采用本文建立的方法,检测灵敏度为0.01—0.07g/kg,检测精密度为1.25%~5.72%,加标回收率为92.0%~100.2%。结论采用GC.MS法检测胶粘剂中挥发性有机物简单易行,可对使用胶粘剂的企业进行安全性评估,亦利于对其作业场所环境进行有效监测,同时也可为突发公共卫生安全事件的应急处置提供科学依据。

Abstract:Objectives A GC-MS method is established for the determination of 8 kinds of harmful volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in adhesives for bags. Methods Eight solvents are chosen as targets and detected according to Adhesives for Shoes and Bags (GB 19340 - 2003). The sample was dissolved in ethyl acetate. After centrifugation, the supernatant was filtered with an organic phase needle filter and detected by gas chromatography mass spectrometry. Results The detection limit was O. 01 -0.07 g/kg; the detection precision was 1.25% 5.72% ; and the recovery of standard addition was 92.0% - 100.2%. Conclusions It is simple and easy to detect VOCs in adhesives by gas chromatography mass spectrometry. The establishment of this method is conducive for dealing with some career-related public safety incidents. It is beneficial for the safety assessment of using adhesives and is facilitated for effectively monitoring the environment of workplaces. And it can also provide the scientific basis for the management of unexpected public safety events.
